LUXURY IN THE MAINE HIGHLANDS
OUR STORY
We are Rob and Brenda, owners of The Northwoods Compound. We were both born and raised here in Dover Foxcroft. Brenda spent 30 years in Los Angeles as a designer. Rob stayed in Dover Foxcroft and worked as an electrician and carpenter. Brenda returned to Maine 7 years ago, and the rest is history. Upon meeting we began purchasing properties to renovate. We have hung on to our favorites to share with guests from around the globe. This site is about these properties and our region. Where to go and what to do!
We are being featured on Maine local news for our Canoe Shop airbnb. Click here to see the sizzle reel. I'll post the segment once it airs.
What Makes Us Special
Over the decades Brenda has travelled the world, experiencing a wide array of accommodations. The Northwoods Compound embodies many of those touches seen from around the world. In short, we create experiences we'd like to have ourselves when traveling. Pressed linens, comfortable beds, big TVs and plush furniture, all in a beautiful, peaceful setting. Come and enjoy!
